Originally from Ireland, Liam began his career in the trades before earning a Master’s degree in Business. Early experience in the retail sector helped him develop a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and operational standards — skills that continue to underpin his professional approach today.

After relocating to Canada in 2017, Liam transitioned into the construction recruitment sector, where he has since developed over seven years of specialized experience. His deep understanding of the construction industry, combined with a people-first mindset, has allowed him to deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates.
